device manager has yellow exclamation in both driver.
I clicked update driver and it stated that It have the updated driver already

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

I did all that steps and still the same exclamation marks on both display adapters

To resolve these issues, please manually remove AMD Driver from device manager and then install the softpaq. The softpaq is already available on HP.com: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/1086216...
Try to enable legacy mode in BIOS
