HP Pavilion - 15-cs0813no
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!

I own a  HP Pavilion - 15-cs0813no notebook and i am trying to figure out if and how i can connect it to dual screens.

I have also the Hp Elite usb-c dock G4.

Is it even possible for me to run dual screens on this computer and if so, how do i go about it?

Thanks for any help!

I do not see any immediate reason that you cannot run dual monitors.  The USB-C Dock is supposed to be able to support two displays at 1920x1200. The issue is that I do not find any positive statement about the 620M and dual monitors.  Since it does not have any dedicated memory, and is using system memory instead, There may not be enough memory available for dual independent screens. Plugging two monitors into the dock should give you mirrored output. Then going to display settings to see what happens, or what the system allows,  will answer the question.   The standard memory load for that system is 4GB, I believe that one 1980x1200 screen is going to take a fair chunk of that.  What I see on notebookcheck.com indicates maybe 2x64 bits per pixel, which is only 256MB or so.
