HP Pavilion - 15-cs3020ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The second problem (first is an annoying fan noise) I saw is related to the HDMI port and second monitor.

When I connect my monitor LG 23MP65 via HDMI everything is ok works great. But after sleeping mode (for instance 30 min) the picture on the LG (after wake up) is not correct. The picture on the monitor LG is very blurry and twitches, it seems that there is strong interference. I saw that it is related only to an external monitor. If I choose for the laptop screen a dual-screen mode, in this case, no blurry for laptop screen but it is blurry for LG at the same time. After switching the mode from the external screen to the laptop screen and back to the external screen, everything is ok. The cable in order tried two different ones. The monitor is in order since there is another Asus laptop with which he has been working for 5 years without problems. I made the photos but here I can't add them.  I tried to check a driver for HDMI but it is not possible...

Thank you Kumar0307.

I updated only the video driver because the Bios system did not accept a new driver... With a new video driver - the same problem with picture after wake -up... The driver is 2019-07-25  (25.20.100.7012). The Bios version that I can't install is sp99088. My current version is F.03-08/23/2019.
