HP Recommended

I have a HP Pavilion 15 -cs3xxx Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz laptop.

 

I must have done something because my screen is picking up touches all over the place that aren't there, and my colors are also showing incorrectly (colorblind - i.e. not displaying red correctly) on the screen (normal when using an HDMI monitor). I have turned off the touchscreen and only use the laptop plugged into an external monitor - so I'm good to go but I would like to fix the issue.

 

My question to the forum: what parts do I need? connections or the whole display panel? Any advice is appreciated.
