Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

This seems likely to be an issue with the computer

Are you using an HP computer with the monitor? Have you tried another monitor with the computer?

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Solution Accepted" on this Post and it will also help other community members with similar issue.

Hey KrazyToad thanks for your response.I have used HP laptop and tried Lenovo too.

When plugged the power and HDMI for the first time,am able to see the display for 3 minutes.Later it goes off (Blank).

Power supply is there continuously.

Also tried VGA option, that's also not working.Downloaded some driver from Hp site, that also did not help.

Please let me know if i can call you.If yes kindly provide the contact number.

Thanks much for your help.
