I have gotten in contact with intel about intel HD 620 drivers and using theirs, but I keep running into problems. I downgraded and downloaded the one from HP. The driver provided is outdated. Can anyone help me please update this graphics driver?

Then I guess you will have to live with either the one on your notebook's support page or the manually installed one from the Intel website.

Hi:

If you haven't tried this yet, here is how to manually update the Intel HD graphics driver to the latest version Intel has.

First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027538/windows-create-a-system-restore-point

Next, download and save the latest Intel HD graphics driver 64 bit ZIP file from the link below.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28991/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?v=t

Unzip the graphics driver file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

To unzip the file, right click on the graphics driver zip file you downloaded, and select Extract All.

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category

Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.

Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install.

When the installation is finished, restart the PC.

To update the Intel HDMI audio driver to the latest version, go to the device manager, click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.

Click on the Intel HD audio device listed there.   Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the unzipped Intel graphics driver main folder.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver will install.

Then restart the PC.

If you install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), after you manually install the driver, it should in the future, automatically install the latest graphics and HDMI audio drivers without having to do the manual install.

I have already done that in the past. But some features go missing somehow like My games would not get as many FPS unlike this driver but some games are not supported like Forza Horizon 4. I cannot do the "DedicatedSegmentSize" trick on the newest drivers. I know that intel HD graphics are integrated. But this has given me an fps boost. Intel said that the driver that you guys have works best with my laptop's chipset and has been designed by you guys. Is there a way to request a driver update from only HP?

I do not work for or represent HP, so I don't know how you would go about asking them to update the Intel graphics driver for your model.

You can contact the HP executive team at the link below and see what happens.

Executive Team: CEO email | HP® Official Site

When I contacted them, they told me to install the driver directly from Intel.

The only other thing you can try would be to see if this newer HP graphics driver works on your model.

You're very welcome.

If that one doesn't work, try this one instead...

Hello, The last driver was not working at all. As you may already know, My laptop has the Kaby Lake CPU. I will try the next driver to see if it works.

Both drivers would give an error "Error: Operating System is not supported" I have tried installing it using device manager. And it did not work for neither one of them.

I can accept that, The latest dch drivers are in beta. and there are performance issues. I will try a clean install of the drivers I have available.
