Hello, I bought this laptop around the end of November 2021, I have been running it on 144hz normally back then, but then suddenly last week, and today, my screen suddenly flickered then proceeded to turn black with the only light being able to be seen at the very top of the screen. I tried reducing the refresh rate to 60, which has been normal so far. But, now I wanna know how this suddenly happened. It was normal beforehand with 144hz, but now I have to use it at 60hz for some unknown reason. Can someone please try and help, Thank you!
