As I found out, and its a shame, there is big incompatibility amongs HP Pavilion Gaming notebook (17-cd2000nc) and HP Reverb G2 VR3000 Headset.
Using quality Club3D CAC-1567 adapter:

USB-C to DisplayPort, image at both lens are distorted and completely unusable (black/white vertical lines).
As it seems, USB-C is hardwired to onboard Intel Iris graphics and not to Nvidia RTX 3050; and because there is no MUX switch (either in BIOS or via software), headset simply doesnt work via path DP->USB-C->Iris->RTX3050.

HP support should be aware of this and make patch for it.
Notebook has latest BIOS update and Intel + Nvidia drivers, Headset has latest firmware too, Windows fully updated.
