Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15z-eh000 CTO

My display  has begun to flash when my brightness gets around 50.  I have ran diagnostics and went through all of the support topics and have not been able to resolve my issue. The flashing will only happen while on my laptop, when i plug into a monitor the flashing does not occur on the monitor but does continue on my laptop display.

Please help.
