Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have posted this question before with no luck.  I am unable to use the Webcam and have tried ALL the suggestions available. I also spent over an hour with Microsoft since this occurred after the Windows 10 installation. They tried multiple things as well. Microsoft told me to contact HP to get the Camera driver reinstalled as it does not appear in the Device Manager.

Before you respond with suggestions, please note the following:

- There is no camera "kill switch" anywhere; not on the side of the laptop and there is no "F" key with this function

-The camera's permissions are all on

-THere is no camera driver in the Device Manager, those suggestions do not help (see below)

-I have done all updates available, even did the BIOS update and YouCam app installation

-Please advise how to install the Camera Driver as it does not seem to be available on the HP website; this was Microsoft's suggestion.

Thanks.
