PAVILION DM4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion dm4 laptop not able to display on my Samsung LED TV through HDMI.

But I found the Samsung LED TV is in the Device Manager.

How do I switch to display my screen on TV through HDMI cable.

Thanks ahead!

@Chubbin,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues getting a display on the TV when connected to the computer via HDMI.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Once you connect the TV to the computer it should automatically show the display on the TV (If the correct HDMI source selected on the TV) or else you can press the Windows key + P and choose to duplicate or extend the display.

However, if the above doesn’t work, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
