Hi @kwondanasya

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the details. We acknowledge the display concern you are experiencing with your HP Pavilion g4-1020TX Notebook PC. Let us work together on steps that can help adjust the colour intensity and bring the display to a more balanced level.

Update Graphics Driver via HP Support:

  • Visit the HP Support website.
  • Enter your product name: HP Pavilion g4-1020TX Notebook PC.
  • Download and install the latest graphics driver available for your model.

Adjust Colour Settings in Intel Graphics Control Panel:

  • Right-click on the desktop and select Graphics Properties.
  • Choose Display settings.
  • Navigate to Colour Enhancement.
  • Reduce Saturation and adjust Brightness/Contrast until colours appear natural.

Check Windows Display Calibration:

  • Open Control PanelDisplayCalibrate Colour.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to fine-tune gamma, brightness, contrast, and colour balance.

HP App – Diagnose & Fix:

  • Open the HP App installed on your notebook.
  • Run Diagnose & Fix to automatically check and correct display-related settings.

Restart and Verify:

  • Restart the notebook after applying changes.
  • Open a sample image or video to confirm that colours appear balanced.

These steps are designed to ensure your notebook display provides a consistent and comfortable viewing experience. Would you like me to provide a step-by-step walkthrough for the Windows Display Calibration process so you can follow it easily?

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,
