Product: HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 (23T75AV)

Hi, this topic has been posted many times and resolved by HP as a known defect on my notebook. However HP does not provide any way to get this repaired for their defect or contacting them except for this Chat group. Hello HP, notify me on the process to fix this known defect in my notebook model above, serial already listed in my account. The left hinge is seized and screen back plate has cracked.
