HP Pavilion x360 LCD Display Assembly Compatibility

Hello everyone. I accidentally cracked the LCD display of my HP Pavilion x360 14-ek0103TU and I need to get it replaced. I have looked online for replacement LCD displays but unfortunately I have been unable to find any that correspond to the exact model number that I have (14-ek0103TU), I have however found displays for sale that are still part of the 14-ek0000 series. My question is, if I for example buy a display that is compatible with the 14-ek0097nr or the ek-0013dx, will it work on my laptop or do I need to find a display that is specifically for the 14-ek0103TU? The displays seem to be identical and the listings showed that one display was compatible with several variations, it's just that the model I have was not mentioned in the listing.
