Recently I took my notebook in to have the screen looked at. The tech ordered a new screen, tried it out and still had no success. I received a new battery via the replacement program and that works just fine. Computer turns on but I don't hear any sounds. The tech believes it's a motherboard issue. I'm way out of my league here and would love any advice on how to move forward.
