Device: HP Pavilion x360 m Convertible 14m-dy1033dx (4P8P1UA)
OS: Windows 11 23H2
The latest drivers in the HP Support website are for Windows 11 22H2.
Is HP having any plans to release drivers for 23H2, and specifically Video drivers?
Ever since that Windows update installed, I'm not able to have an external Monitor via HDMI or Docking Station without issues.
Display keeps switching on its own between PC SCREEN ONLY to EXTEND non stop. The external monitor loses signal, then displays the desktop, then back again... Very annoying.
Tried a few monitors and cables with my HP laptop and a couple of other laptops. Everything works, except the HP laptop.

It is highly unlikely that HP will be releasing updated graphics drivers for your notebook if they haven't done so already.
W11 24H2 will be out next month. There is already an Intel driver for it.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Intel graphics driver from the Intel support site:
Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
There is a way to manually install the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.
I would create a system restore point before trying to install the Intel driver.
