Hi,
My laptop touch screen not working.
Have uninstalled then reinstalled the HID touch from device manager. updated the BIOS checked no windows update pending.
tried to do component test from BIOS but not able to perform that as touch is not responding. Please help me with the solution.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the computer.
