Product: HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pavillion dv7 - camera is not working - shows a black screen when using Zoom.  Audio is fine, just the camera is black.

 

I have Win10 on this laptop, and diagnostics here tells me that drivers are not available to download for Win10 on this machine.

In Device Manager, it tells me the drivers are up-to-date.

I am not comfortable making BIOS changes; is there an easier way to do this?

Hi:

 

The only suggestions I can offer would be to try the W8.1 camera driver from Realtek...

 

PC Camera Controller > USB 2.0 Interface Software - REALTEK

 

Or the HP W10 universal camera driver...
