I have an HP Envy x360 M6-AR004DX and an HP Pen 1MR94AA. I'm trying to get the pen to work with the laptop, but every source I check online is no longer available.
COMPATIBILITY: The Compatibility Document list from HP has been taken down/is unavailable (404 Not Found from all links I could locate, I saw it once a few years ago for another laptop I was setting up the pen for back then, I was able to get working drivers for that laptop back then when the links still worked). There are still a few forum sources of people that say the x360 Envy Touch are compatible with this pen and that they had gotten it to work, so if I can find the right software/drivers it should work as far as I know. (Old Compatibility Document - Inactive 404 Not Found)
DRIVERS/SOFTWARE: The old links from support forums on this topic no longer lead anywhere (untitled/blank pages) so I can't find the pen drivers, HP Pen Control app won't allow/show an install/get option on Microsoft Store. It's as if HP has taken down all the old links/pages for these drivers and compatibility lists. (I also tried checking for HID-compliant pen driver my laptop currently doesn't have one and I don't know where to get it/the right one for my laptop/pen.) (Old link for HP Pen Driver Version 2.0.0.26 including for model 1MR94AA - Inactive Untitled)
HP SUPPORT ATTEPMTS: I did try to use regular HP Support but I can't get HP to recognize my laptop correctly. I can't get it to show me a list of this laptop's online driver selections, I select Laptop but it scans and only finds a printer, doesn't recognize my serial number, and then in the AI Support Chat recognizes the exact laptop type I have but does not accept my serial number for some reason.
Does anyone know how I can get this pen working with this x360 touchscreen? Does anyone have new/active links to the correct drivers, a way to find them, a way to get HP Pen Control working, or anything of the sort?
