Bought HP Envy 360 Laptop in February 2019, laptop came with a HP pen that never worked. Did not really have use for pen so stored it away, but came back to it and even after downloading updated drivers, the HP pen still does not work. When I try to open the HP Pen Control App, the app displays an error that the laptop is not compatible with the pen, however the pen literally came with the laptop. When I have looked online, the laptop should be compatible with the pen, however the touch screen will not respond to the pen's touch at all, the touch screen works perfect with a finger or non-pen stylus stick.
