Dear HP,

I am writing to just enquire whether my newly purchased HP - (Product name : HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx) comes with a HP pen or not as I didn't recieve one from my purchase but have seen reviews with the HP pen used with HP convertible laptops?

Not all HP laptops come with a pen and not all work with a pen. They can be purchased seperately. According to the list your model uses HP Pen 1MR94AA

The Wacom Bamboo Ink also works with certain HP convertiables. I have the pen for my HP Envy x360 15m-bq121dx (had to install the HP Pen software and the WinTab drivers to get it fully funtional however). Since I don't have a Pavillion Convertible myself, I'm not exactly sure if it would work on your computer but I have strong feeling it will function. Depending on where you get it from (I got mine slightly used from Amazon from the seller, FRR Computers), you can find them at relatively low pricing. Now in fair warning, it does not have a magnet to connect on the side of the laptop so you would have to figure out a way not to lose it. I got it just a couple of weeks ago and it works well.
