Hi all
I have a work-issued HP ProBook 440 G10 14" laptop that I'm trying to use in my home setup. I have 2x LG 27UD88 displays and have it all wired up to a HP G4 Thunderbolt 280W thunderbolt dock.
If I connect my laptop to the thunderbolt dock, and then connect the displays through a combination of HDMI and USB-C to the thunderbolt dock, I can only seem to get 30Hz refresh rates on the monitors. Is this a limitation of the laptop, or do I need to use a different dock?
From my brief troubleshooting, I can only guess that this is because the HP ProBook 440 G10 may not have thunderbolt? Is this correct?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/ish_7795769-7795857-16
It ONLY has (2) USB 3.2 Gen 2.0 Type-C ports; 10 Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort 1.4) ports which are NOT Thuderbolt ports therefore it is NOT compatible with HP G4 Thunderbolt Dock nor any Thunderbolt docks.
Regards.
