Hi! so i just purchased the laptop two days ago, everything was working flawlessly until i updated windows. After windows update, touchpad stopped working. I thought it may be a drivers issue but i could not find touchpad in device manager. Neither the touchpad is showing in BIOS. For some reason, touchpad is not working at all anywhere. Tried installing new OS as well to see if that fixes the issue but still the same. Touchpad is not detected in device manager as well as BIOS. Tried variety of software tools, hp utility tools, hp drivers pack but still no success. If anyone can help me in this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
P.S Windows 10 22H2 is running throughout this issue.
