Hello all,

We have a number of HP ProBook 450 G3s in our organisation. I am finding a continuous issue where the keyboard and the touchpad will freeze and not respond. The laptop will continue to function without them. So for example if I clicked the power button, it will instantly go into a shutting down state. So the laptop itself isn't frozen, just the keyboard and touchpad. I have tried a few different drivers, and none seemed to have worked so far. It happens randomly whether it is booted up or while  a user is on it, but I cannot rely on them being good laptops if they keep freezing on users.

I have put a video on YouTube for people to view the issue https://youtube.com/shorts/RQivgZ1CrYg

I was hoping someone else has had a similar issue and has a workaround for it. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Sam
