Hi,

Have you checked with different monitors/TV?

Is the notebook completely updated, graphics, BIOS...?

It is not possible to replace the HDMI port as it is soldered to the motherboard. The official repair would be to replace the motherboard.

Some PC repair shops might perform the work of removing and soldering new port.

You could use USB-C to DP or a USB-C hub to connect to another monitor.
