Microsoft Windows 11

I got my HP Probook 450 g9 8gb ram in October, and the official charger broke a month ago. I relised there is a USB-C slot I could use to charge my laptop, so I gotta 45W usb-c off-brand charger from ebay, as the normal charger was too expensive and I also think they aren't reliable. The off-brand charger works very well, and I didn't had another issue with it.

There is another issue that I just noticed that one part of the screen was lighter than the others.

I also found issue with usb ports. Every cable I connect to the slots, will start turning off and on and off and on, and the usb remove and in sound is played constantly, unless every usb product is ejected. Also, after using them on the laptop, they go mad on other computers.

HP, this laptop is not worth what it actually is. My friend has the same laptop and loads of simular issues. And other people I know owning HP products are complaining about the charger issue. +

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with HP Probook 450 g9 usb slots.
