Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all!

 

I have a HP Probook 455 G8 with AMD Ryzen 7 5800U and integrated AMD graphics. I also have an external monitor, Dell S3422DWG with a max. resolution of 3440x1440. 

 

I cannot set this resolution in Windows display settings. Currently, the monitor runs at 3840x2160 and everything is distorted. The next lower resolution to set is 3200x1800.

I tried to set a custom resolution via AMD Software Adrenalin Edition, but it always claims that the settings are not supported by the screen. 

 

What can I do? Currently, my big screen is unusable with this laptop.
