Product: ProBook 650 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

 

I just installed windows 10 x64 on my HP ProBook  G2 and then updated everything. I installed the drivers available on the HP support site and even after that I can not controll my brightness using fn + F5/ F6 keys.

 

I uninstalled driver Intel R  HD Graphics 520 and the reinstalled it and updated the monitor driver Generic PNP Monitor too. 

I have installed the respected HP Hotkey Support, but nothing happened. I still can not change the brightness via fn keys.

 

Any idea what could help me?

 

(yes i restarted my system after installations and updates)

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the newer HP system information utility from the Microsoft store.
