Hi, we have got same problem as here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Video-Display-and-Touch/Windows-10-Touchscreen-Issue/td-p/6031...

 

 We have got problem with touch screen driver .... HID Compiliant touch hp. That is not working because with this driver is old certificate, just to may 2017. and our touch screen not working correct
Touchscreen not working with intel driver, it need hp touch driver...

 

 

We tried reinstall OS Windows 10, update all drivers, bios. download HP support assistant but touchscreen still not working.

 

When we uninstall HID Compiliant Touch HP driver and here is just intel HID driver, touchscreen not working too

Same problem here. After reset of Windows 10 the touchscreen "worked" (clicks gave feedback but did not do anything) but immediately after windows and hp drivers update stopped completely.

 

We have done every step in the HP Problem "Solver".

We bought this machine to be able to test touch apps! When is this going to be fixed?

This worked for me on Win10. Downloaded the HP Touch Screen Filter Driver (At HP driver downloads under Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices). Installing it did not work, but then went to Device Manager, Human Interface Devices, under HID Compliant Touch Screen, Update Driver, Browse to the downloaded drivers and installed it manually that way.
