Hi, I think I've got all drivers and bios up to date but since 6 months (it (quick launch buttons for controlling display brightness) had used to work earlier fine) I've a problem with HP Quick Launch Buttons. Volume buttons are still ok but display brightness and microphone mute haven't worked ok - when I've pressed one of this buttons I've been getting a small pop up window with the label "HP Hotkey Support" with no info inside, no action button to click.
I have installed sp49104.exe and buttons work again but the pop up window keeps popping up.
Do you have any update of QLB (sp49104.exe is from 2010)?

Hi:

The HP Quick Launch Buttons software is for much older notebooks and is not supported in your notebook's model series.

Thanks, it helped me, I've blocked permanently HP Hotkey UWP Service (HotKeyServiceUWP.exe v. 8.10.40.148) and keep running HP Hotkey Service (HotkeyService.exe v. 6.2.50.1), everything is working fine now. Thanks again.
