HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen.

Hello can someone tell me how do I connect the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen to my laptop, that is included when i buy the laptop. I have fully charged the pen. But it didnt show up on the lists when i opened the bluetooth-->add devices.
