I recently bought a HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen, everything was ok at first. I charged it but when I tried to connect the pencil with the PC the pen doesn't turn on. When it's charging the light turns on but when I try to get the Bluetooth it doesn't work.
I was trying to get help with support but they ask me for the SN and the only information in the pencil is this one
