Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

I recently purchased an HP Rechargeable USI Pen for my HP ENVY x360 Laptop.

I had one previously, until it stopped working. So I replaced it with the HP Rechargeable USI. However, now the HP Rechargeable USI is not working. I have done everything from updating/removing drivers, charging/removing batteries, replacing the nib of the pen, and even browsing forms like these for answers. Nothing has worked and to be frank, I am very irritated.

 

I eagerly await for an answer to this issue.
