HP Reverb G2

I own an HP Reverb G2 VR Headset. When I connect it to the PC I'm getting a 1-4 error to connect the headset to a USB 3.0 Port when it's already connected to one. I know this because on the same port, it used to work before. I tried it on 2 different PCs and am getting the same error. 

 

Another problem is that when I try to add the serial number on the HP website, it doesn't show up. It gives the 

"Please enter a valid serial number". 

 

Please help. I can't even find an HP support email to raise this issue
