Daughter has been having problems with her Display, since April 2021; however, it has gotten worst and the photo sent me was terrible, that she cannot view her work properly or none.
Saw a similar complaint by another member, followed by two more members with similar issues. Also, viewed the approach recommended by a helpful HP Member. Everything suggested using the HP PC hardware Diagnostic Windows I had done & more, prior to reading it 1. Optimized my performance 2. Check for Software & Drivers (up to date) 3. Run the hardware diagnostic -Systems Fast Test (All OK) 4. Check Your operating System (no problem found) Finally 5. Run the hardware diagnostic - Systems Extensive Test ~ 2Hrs (nothing found).
It's convincing that the Display itself is seriously the problem. This is scary and perturbing because I do have another HP SPECTRE X360 recently bought, and this is not looking good for the price I paid for daughter's and now I have another.
Separate and apart from all this unnerving problem with new HPs, I also have 2 different HP Desktop Tower PCs.
How quick can I get them replace the display with a new one, as my daughter uses it for college, doing some serious work.

Thank the moderator in assisting me resolve the situation of having the Photo to be displayed.
