Hi, I am having issue with my webcam. When trying to log in using windows hello I get an error message to say "Couldn't turn on the camera"
When I try to launch the camera app I get and error:
0xA00F429F <WindowShowFailed> (0x8007054F)
I have tried searching for solutions for the 0xA00F429F error but I can't find a solution that works.
I have tried updating drivers, uninstalling the camera and restarting and also reset my laptop with a new installation of Windows 11 but nothing worked.
I did read somewhere that there may be HP drivers that would be better for my camera than the drivers which come with the Windows 11 updates?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Wes
