Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop boots but has a black screen, does not have any light behind the screen. Shining a flashlight at the screen shows nothing. External monitor does work. 

I took the bottom off and easily found a serial number for the monitor (located on the brass connector for the monitor)

 

Serial from the label is: HUADD0X3BLC10004920836

 

I am not able to find anything online for this part. Can anyone help me out?
