When using Skype and Zoom my picture is very grainy and has a purple/pink tint to everything in all lighting circumstances. Updated both cameras, the IR and the Wide Vision (not sure why I have two is this the problem?) Thank you for helping me, I'm tired of being the only one on a call whose picture is so distorted by color and graininess. Susan
