Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 12-aw0xxx

My main laptop screen keeps flashing black every few seconds since the latest Windows update was installed (KB5022476). An external HP monitor connected to it doesn't present any issues so I know it's the internal laptop screen that's having problems. I've tried updating my intel driver and uninstalling the Windows update but the issue is still happening. Upon rebooting, the screen seems fine but after a few minutes, it starts to flash on and off black again. Any help would be appreciated - it's driving me crazy 🙂 Thanks!
