HP Spectre X360 convertible 14-ea0015na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just received my Spectre X360 14, however, compared to my old Spectre X360 13.3" the screen is a weird reddish/yellowish colour (see photo, taken with Samsung S21U in low light so a bit more dramatic than with naked eye). I have tried to adjust the colour settings but that doesn't help. My old laptop has a beautiful neutral/daylight white, whereas this new one just has a very annoying tint. How do I fix this?

Hi @EmmyUK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
