Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 2018 HP Spectre X360 with a 15-inch OLED Screen. 

I was an HP Fanboy until I  bought this laptop. Now, I don't trust HP and its product.

My laptop has Intel UHD 620 Graphics and it seems the driver is making my inbuilt screen flicker. whenever I disable my driver the flickering stops. The flickering happens in BIOS also. After going through the web and talking to some technicians and concluded that My Intel UHD Graphics needs to be reballed. I don't trust the local HP service centre executive because of his rude behaviour and inability to recognize my Spectre Notebook as HPs notebook.

What should I do??

Is this "flickering" problem also seen on external monitor connected via vga/hdmi ?
