I have had the same problem-  HP Spectre 13T x360 laptop, rubber strips falling off.  The machine is about 1 year old. Where can I get replacement strips?  Under warranty if possible.  Overally the laptop is built very well and has worked flawlessly. Surprising to find a quality problem like this.
