HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

My laptop's screen has gone black, and will not connect to the laptop. The laptop treats it as if it doesn't exist. It had a corrupted band of pixels on the bottom of the screen that didn't seem to grow over the course of the time it had that.

I can connect to a monitor and it works fine, but nothing I do (BIOS update, tests on the computer, etc.) has found the problem. I'm afraid it is a hardware issue.

Should I just take it to a technician? Thanks!
