HP Tilt Pen SPEN-HP-03
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have HP Tilt Pen SPEN-HP-03 and HP Spectre x360 15-ch000na laptop.

I haven't figured out how to get Tilt -functionality working properly on my laptop, for example in Windows Ink.

There is a video reviewing this MPP 2.0  and at 3:05 it shows how this tilt functionality works.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEP37vd1PiI

Do I need to download some kind of driver or mess up with the settings? And does my laptop support MPP 2.0 and tilt functionality.

I have paired my pen with my laptop via bluetooth.

I can provide the following:

The Tilt pen is listed as compatible -- and your computer model is new so it does not fall into the "may not work on older models" category note found in the compatibility document.

Driver (current at this writing) is listed below.

HP PCs - Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus

  • If there is an HP Active Stylus available for your model, it should be included in the document.
  • Additional information can sometimes be found in Advisory Documents for your computer.
  • The document is updated as new information becomes available.

It's solved now! Thank you!

I had done a clean Windows 10 install when I got the computer and I got older EzTiltPen -software from somewhere while updating other drivers. Seems that reinstalling EzTiltPen solved the problem.

I've had no luck whatsoever 2nd pen 2nd spectre and support cannot resolve it.
The pen requires a very firm pressure so sensitivity becomes useless, the standard pen performed the same as the expensive tilt pen.

could you please send me the download link for Elan eztiltsoftware.

Thankyou

I had the same question and I downloaded the tilt support software and it didn't work, but when I connected my pen via Bluetooth, the tilt support worked. So if anyone has a similar problem, you can try my approach, hope this helps x
