HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen intermittently goes black. To restore it, I can usually activate the Task Manager or Switch User. But sometime I have to turn the computer completely off, leave it off for 30 sec., then restart.

I've worked with HP support. Together we have updated the graphics drivers and updated the BIOS. Everytime we "fix" something, the problem goes away for a week or two and then comes back.

HP suggested that I re-install Windows, which I did a couple of weeks ago. Again, the problem disappeared temporarily but now it's back again.

I've used the HP Support Assistant to run all every hardware and software diagnostic that they make available. Everything checks out fine. All available updates have been made.

I'm using Windows 10, 64 bit. A while back, I tried switching to Windows 11, but it played havoc with some of my programs, including office. So I restored Windows 10. (The black screen problem was happening both before and after I tried Windows 11.)
Geez - any other thoughts? Thanks for your help!
