Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4103dx (ENERGY STAR)

Hi all! I have this computer 

HP Spectre x360 - 13-4103dx (ENERGY STAR)

and I have a microsoft surface pen (the one with the single flat side button).

 

The pen connects to my device and pressing the eraser will start a screen capture, but touching the screen with the pen does nothing. Is this device MPP compatible?
