Visit https://partsurfer.hp.com/ and enter the serial number and product number to find the exact replacement parts, such as the LCD. Always note the part number and purchase the exact same part, as using alternatives may cause issues like a non-functional touchscreen, keyboard problems, or the device being stuck in tablet mode.
