HP Spectre x360 13t-ae000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have cracked my laptop's (HP Spectre x360 13t-ae000) screen. It is working perfectly except that the touch does not work near the cracks. I need to replace the glass digitizer but cannot find anyone selling only the glass digitizer in India. Only the whole top screen assembly is available, which is far to expensive for me to invest in a year old laptop. Does anyone know how I can get just the glass digitizer replaced?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry! We are in your corner.

To get the answer to this question, the digitizer is part of the display assembly, and it's very rare you will be able to find a standalone digitizer on a third party website. However, you can fix this touchscreen issue just by replacing the display assembly itself.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
