HP Spectre x360 15 AMOLED hardware question

Hello, 
I was wondering if some of you have some information regarding the AMOLED Spectre x360 Gem cut which is supposedly comming out this month. 

I was talking to HP representative of Czech Republic asking him about hardware in it. I read that AMOLED version will have U-Processor and only MX150 Graphics card. I understand that this decision might have been cause by the battery consumptions reaseons but I would rather loose a little bit more battery than lose H-processor and 1050Ti MQ. 

He told me that AMOLED display will have H-processor as well as 1050Ti MQ. Which was a good news, but before that I asked reddit and one guy told me that HP in US confirmed him that they will not offer this option. (only U-processory/MX150) and because everything comes to Czech Rep. from USA it raised more questions than answers. 

Would you happen to know something that would confirm one or the other 100%?

(AMOLED should come to Czech Republic in 2 months considering it will realease worldwide by the end of March and I don´t want to spend 2 months waiting for something with U-processor and MX150 if I can have H/1050ti right now - with worse display)

When it comes to your country you have to ask HP in your countrty because many machines are only available in the US and may be North America but not elsewhere.

I do not want to sound ungrateful but you basically answered the same way as I was asking the question.

As I have written above: HP in my country told me that there will be AMOLED with H-processor and 1050ti while I know it comes to Czech Republic from US and they apparently won't offer it. There goes my question again - which HP should i believe? US or my country?

+ I have seen that video at the moment it came out, but in CES 2019 it was said it is coming out by the end March while he said April. So i have no idea what to believe. (If you are interested Lisa from mobilteTech Review post review of it as well today)
