Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I seem to be facing a motion blur/ghosting issue on my Spectre laptop.

Objects in motion appear pretty blurry and not as sharp. Still items are crisp and sharp.

This is particularly noticeable while playing videos, and i can't bear this anymore.

It's unrelated to power, and it's constant. Doesn't matter what I'm doing on the laptop, this is a physical display related thing. I've tried updating drivers etc, nothing seems to change it which makes me think it's just the panel used.

Please don't suggest checking in BIOS because of lack of moving visuals there, hence cannot tell.

My issue is pretty similar to this thread : https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/HP-Envy-13-2017-ad012na-Motion-Blur-G...
